We are expanding and seeking a top-tier Workers' Compensation Attorney who thrives in high-performance environments and understands that representation is about leverage, precision, and results.

The Opportunity:
This role is for an attorney who wants to level up on their legal practice, presence, and meaningful case ownership. You will manage a refined caseload, appear before the Workers' Compensation Board (Virtual Hearings conducted in our office), negotiate from a position of strength, and collaborate with leadership to maximize total client recovery.

You will not be micromanaged.

You will be expected to win.

Responsibilities:

Handle workers' compensation matters from the start of the claim through resolution
Conduct hearings, depositions, and settlement conferences with confidence
Develop strategic litigation plans tailored to each client
Negotiate high-value settlements
Maintain a polished, client-facing presence
Work directly with firm leadership on growth and performance initiatives
