Day Pitney's Complex Commercial Litigation group is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience to join our team in our New York City office.We are looking for candidates with New York litigation experience and familiarity with the state and federal courts in New York. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; taking and defending depositions; attending court conferences and hearings; arguing motions; conducting legal research;, preparing and responding to discovery; handling day-to-day case management; and participating in trial preparation. New York judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Experience or interest in fiduciary litigation, particularly in New York State Surrogate's Court, is a plus.

Position Requirements:
- 2-4 years of demonstrated New York litigation experience

- Admission to practice law in New York is required
