- 3-7 years of experience in law firm Wills, Estates and Trusts practice;
- Prefer an attorney admitted to both Maine and New Hampshire Bars;
- Excellent communication, writing, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent client interface capabilities and attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn from senior attorneys and work both independently and collaboratively;
- Previous experience drafting Wills, Trusts, tax planning, business succession planning and Mainecare planning are helpful; and
- Enthusiasm for growing a book of business.
