Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its White Collar Defense & Internal Investigations Group in New York. Qualified candidates will have 3 to 6 years' experience in White Collar and/or related Commercial litigation. In addition, experience with government and internal investigations focused on alleged corporate misconduct, such as allegations by the Department of Justice or Securities & Exchange Commission of securities fraud, money laundering and corruption, is highly preferred. Our White Collar Defense & Internal Investigations Group represents a wide range of corporate and individual clients in all types of complex litigation and investigations, and the Group regularly practices in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment. Exceptional academic credentials, as well as superior research, writing and argument skills are required, as is admission to the New York bar.
