Key Responsibilities:
Legal and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain a scalable legal framework with templates and company standards.
  • Provide legal counsel to the leadership team on commercial relationships and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with teams to optimize pricing, standardize contracts, and streamline the quote-to-contract process.
  • Oversee legal and regulatory compliance, manage risks, and develop business continuity plans.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review corporate transaction documents and advise on legal matters.
  • Perform day-to-day legal tasks related to contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Negotiate legal contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting company interests.
  • Negotiate business-related matters such as facility lease agreements, insurance contracts, and lease agreements.

Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Closely work with our Financial Controller and CPAs to lead accounting activities, including financial management of the budgets and overseeing financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously assess and improve financial processes and controls to mitigate risks and enhance financial transparency.
  • Communicate financial planning status, manage budgets, and analyze cash flow regularly.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A), support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide P&L impact analysis for business initiatives.
  • Review company expenses and optimize spending to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with banks to secure lines of credit and other financial instruments to support company operations.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the subsidiaries in Turkiye, including financial and business administrative activities.
  • Lead and mentor finance teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree; preferred active membership in the Bar Association.
  • 8+ years experience in a similar leadership role.
  • 2+ years in an early stage or high growth business environment.
  • A history of success using data to drive informed decisions.
  • Extensive experience in legal, financial, and operational roles within a corporate setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts, managing compliance, and driving financial performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Operational efficiency but not at the expense of culture – invested in healthy teams.
