The commercial legal team supports Worldpay's portfolio of business units. You'll be part of a fast paced, results driven team with a culture of teamwork and partnership and driven by success.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare and negotiate contracts while providing legal advice and counsel to business units in areas that include card scheme requirements, data security, privacy and regulatory matters.
- Performing legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.
- Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development and compliance.
What you bring:
- Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.
- Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions relating to various business matters.
- A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
