Job Description:A Global Law Firm is seeking a mid-level Debt Finance associate to work in its Venture & Growth group in any of our US offices. We are seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated and sponsor backed deals for banks and private credit funds. Applicants should have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
