Overview:Join our legal team as a Trusts & Estates / Estate Planning / Fiduciary Litigation Attorney, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex estate planning strategies, fiduciary disputes, probate filings, and trust drafting and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Provide legal counsel on estate administration, trust management, and fiduciary duties.
- Represent clients in fiduciary litigation involving disputes over trusts, estates, or guardianships.
- Prepare for court depositions, trial proceedings, and legal motions on caveats or will contests.
- Manage client communications effectively to explain complex legal concepts clearly and build strong relationships.
Experience:
- Proven experience in estate planning, trust administration, or fiduciary litigation within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of procedural law, statutory regulations, and relevant case law in estate and trust matters.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality client service.
