Description:
An Estate Planning Attorney in Northbrook, Illinois, a Northbrook, Illinois based law firm, is seeking a trusts and estates attorney to join its rapidly growing and highly collaborative law firm. 2-7 years of experience drafting estate plans and managing trust administration and non-contested probate matters from beginning to end, all with paralegal support, is required. Experience with estate and gift tax returns is a plus.Education and Experience:
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission
- 3-5 years of experience as a trusts and estates attorney with the experience outlined above
