Who We Want on Our Team: A Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a HUNGRY and DRIVEN Litigation Lawyer to negotiate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients. An Attorney who is ready to go to battle for our clients and isn't afraid of a little challenge. Our litigation department is fast-paced and demanding. Therefore we are looking for an experienced Trial Attorney. Someone who can handle a Litigation case from A - Z with minimal supervision.

Our firm is ever growing faster than anyone anticipated. We need someone who is ready to grow with us.

Attorney Responsibilities:
  • David who is willing to go against a Goliath every day with pride
  • Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
  • Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
  • Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
  • Propound and Respond to Discovery
  • Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
  • Court Appearances; as needed
  • Conduct Legal research
  • Manage relations with clients
  • Prepare for trial

Qualifications for Position:
  • 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
  • Personal Injury experience preferred but not required
  • 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred but not required
  • Strong negotiator skills
  • Desire to represent the underdog
  • Candidate must be hungry, driven, relentless, and resilient
  • People Person-Strong communication skills
  • Strong grammar skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle many tasks as once
  • Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability, and strive to excel.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must have passed the Bar Exam in California
