Description:
Plaintiff's employment law firm specializing in class actions (nationwide, California, Michigan) and individual actions, seeks junior litigation associate (0-3 years exp).Looking for someone who can handle or willing to be trained in law-and-motion, complaints, depositions and discovery. Must be comfortable with or willing to be trained for motions for preliminary and final approval of class action settlements, drafting mediation briefs, reviewing personnel files and documents in preparation for mediation and comfortable with intakes and demand letters. Must be comfortable with responding to and propounding discovery and taking and defending depositions.
Required Qualifications: 0-3 years of employment law experience (class action experience is a plus).
