We are seeking a driven, client-focused Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing legal team. You'll represent injured clients and their families, helping them recover the compensation they deserve.
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in personal injury matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
- Evaluate and manage case files, review medical records, and assess evidence.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare cases for trial, including developing case strategy, identifying witnesses, and organizing exhibits.
- Conduct jury selection, present opening and closing statements, and examine witnesses at trial.
- Analyze verdicts and post-trial motions and manage appeals as needed.
- Communicate frequently with clients to provide updates, advice, and support.
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

What you bring:
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of legal trial practice (personal injury experience preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy and justice
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively with support staff.
- Comfortable with legal tech (Microsoft Office, Litify, or similar platforms)
Bonus Skills
- Experience building client pipelines and referral networks.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus)
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to client homes, hospitals, or incident scenes.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
