We are seeking a driven, client-focused Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing legal team. You'll represent injured clients and their families, helping them recover the compensation they deserve.

What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients in personal injury matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
  • Evaluate and manage case files, review medical records, and assess evidence.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including developing case strategy, identifying witnesses, and organizing exhibits.
  • Conduct jury selection, present opening and closing statements, and examine witnesses at trial.
  • Analyze verdicts and post-trial motions and manage appeals as needed.
  • Communicate frequently with clients to provide updates, advice, and support.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

What you bring:
  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (multi-state licensure a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of legal trial practice (personal injury experience preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and litigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy and justice
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively with support staff.
  • Comfortable with legal tech (Microsoft Office, Litify, or similar platforms)

Bonus Skills
  • Experience building client pipelines and referral networks.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus)

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel to client homes, hospitals, or incident scenes.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
