Well known Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks litigation associate for immediate hire. Candidates must be in good standing with the Florida bar and have a minimum 3-7 years experience. Prior personal injury experience is required. Applicants with prior federal clerkship experience, graduates from top tier law firms and law review are encouraged to apply.The ideal candidate should be a self starter with a strong desire to succeed. Applicants should have experience litigating in state and federal court, taking depositions and excellent legal research and writing skills. Maritime law experience a plus.
