Position Overview:
We're looking for a trial attorney to own a caseload of complex plaintiff-side civil matters from intake through trial, mentor junior attorneys and staff, and help shape firm-wide case strategy. This is a high-impact role for a litigator who wants real ownership over outcomes and a genuine path to grow with the firm as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a complex caseload of plaintiff civil matters from pre-litigation through trial.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents in California state and federal courts.
Conduct depositions, oral arguments, hearings, and jury trials.
Develop case strategy in partnership with clients and firm leadership.
Negotiate settlements to maximize client outcomes.
Mentor and supervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active California State Bar license in good standing.
3-7+ years of civil litigation experience with significant plaintiff-side work.
Demonstrated jury trial experience.
Strong command of California civil procedure and evidence rules.
Prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred.
