Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to join its transactional practice group. This is a shareholder track position that offers a competitive salary and bonus system based upon merit and productivity. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of substantive experience, to include:

Business-related agreements;
Sales and acquisitions;
Real Estate Transactions;
Tax

J.D. degree required. L.L.M. in Tax is preferred. Experience in drafting business agreements and a background in entity formation and transactions required. Excellent opportunity for growth.

An Illinois or Missouri license is required, and the successful applicant must be willing to obtain the additional license if they do not already have both.
