The candidate must have 3-6 years of continuous experience in leverage financing, NAV facilities or margin loans in a law firm setting. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills and should enjoy working with others in a team atmosphere on a variety of finance transactions, including leverage financing, NAV facilities and margin loans.
