About the Job:
Position Overview: As an Asset Protection Attorney at Asset Protection Attorneys, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of Asset Protection strategies, business transactions, and contracts. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide strategic legal counsel to help them achieve their business objectives while safeguarding their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contracts, and transactions.
Develop and implement asset protection strategies to safeguard clients' wealth and investments.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored legal solutions.
Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility to become a member.
Strong understanding of business law, contract law, and asset protection strategies is preferred.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
