This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including leases, supply and vendor contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and corporate and LLC governance agreements (shareholder agreements, LLC operating agreements, voting agreements, etc.).
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to provide effective legal solutions.
- Assist in due diligence processes and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in the State of New York
- 3+ years of experience in real estate and/or corporate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year=
