Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for attending court conferences, taking and defending depositions, record review, conducting research, drafting legal documents and motions, and representing clients in negotiations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience (but not required) in Insurance Defense law, with a focus on Premises Liability cases
Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
Proficient in Negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting with a flex-schedule for the right attorney
Trial experience (First or Second chair) but not required
