We primarily focus our efforts on small-estate family matters and criminal defense. In other words: married, buried, or behind bars. Family law, probate & simple estate planning, and criminal defense constitute the majority of our case load.

  • You will join as our Discovery Attorney, handling all aspects of discovery for our family law, CPS, and criminal defense caseloads. This role is fully remote and does not include court appearances or trial work.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
  • Review, organize, and analyze discovery documents
  • Prepare and manage privilege logs
  • Coordinate with attorneys on discovery strategy and deadlines
  • Draft and respond to subpoenas
  • Assist with deposition preparation as needed
  • Maintain compliance with discovery deadlines across multiple case types and jurisdictions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and JD required
  • Must be licensed by the Texas State Bar
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
