The New York, Chicago and Dallas offices of Reed Smith are seeking a Mid-Level to Senior associate to join the Technology Transactions group. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience on commercial matters involving intellectual property, including licensing and analysis, protection of trade secrets and privacy, and development, manufacturing, tolling, supply, distribution and other service agreements. Candidates should also have significant experience evaluating and advising on IP and tech issues that arise in general corporate transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate carve-outs, LBOs, and debt financings. Candidates must be an active member of the bar in the state in which they sit.

$265,000 - $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
