Holland & Knight's Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters, including representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt, workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans, and other real estate transactions, such as purchases and sales of commercial property.

Job Requirements:

In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York State, New York City, Colorado, and California is $310,000 - $435,000max/yr. This range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
