We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated junior to midlevel associate to join our Technology Transactions practice group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal and business issues at the intersection of emerging technologies, intellectual property, and advanced data strategies. 

Our team advises clients across a broad range of industries—including fintech, financial services, artificial intelligence, cloud services, outsourcing, and advertising—to navigate complex transactions and develop innovative solutions in a constantly evolving technological and regulatory landscape. 

Responsibilities:

Structure, draft, and negotiate strategic transactions involving advanced technologies. 
Structure, draft and negotiate vendor, supplier and outsourcing agreements. 
Counsel clients on the evolving intellectual property and regulatory landscape related to technology matters. 
Draft and negotiate agreements related to software licensing, technology development, commercialization, intellectual property rights, and content management.

Qualifications:

J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the firm's relevant jurisdiction(s). 
1-3 years of experience in technology transactions, licensing, intellectual property, and outsourcing. 
Strong understanding of issues relating to the development, implementation, and commercialization of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and software. 
Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation skills, with keen attention to detail. 
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
