Weil is seeking a mid-level associate (3rd–7th year) to join our growing Technology & IP Transactions and Privacy & Cybersecurity practice — a market anchored by world-class research institutions, a thriving life sciences corridor, and surging demand for attorneys who can navigate AI governance, data privacy, and complex technology licensing. This role offers a rare opportunity to work across both tech and IP transactions and privacy and cybersecurity — advising on matters spanning technology licensing, IP portfolio strategy, data and AI governance, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity incident response. You will take on meaningful responsibility from day one — leading workstreams, interfacing directly with clients, and building a versatile skill set that positions you for long-term growth in one of the legal profession's highest-demand specialties. Excellent academic credentials, attention to detail, drive to assist the firm in maintain and developing client relationships and strong writing skills are required. Experience in both IP and privacy transactional and counseling preferred. Position is open to sit in Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Silicon Valley.
