The Wake Forest University School of Business is seeking qualified candidates for a clinical faculty (non-tenure track) position in Business Law to start July 1, 2026. This individual will be ranked (as appropriate, including Assistant/Associate/Full) as a Teaching Professor, Professor of the Practice, or Lecturer and will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate business law courses. Candidates should prepare to provide evidence of prior teaching effectiveness at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must have a JD (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution. Additionally, preference will be given to those who can demonstrate experience and/or educational background supporting the teaching of business ethics.
