Winthrop's Summer Associate Program is designed to offer an exceptional experience that reflects law firm life as a lawyer. Summer Associates will gain valuable law firm experience with numerous opportunities to experience a robust legal environment tailored to your interests. 1L Summer Associates will be evaluated during the program to potentially fill our 2027 2L Summer Associate class.
While the 2026 summer salary has not yet been finalized, last summer, our summer associates were paid $3,460 per week.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in law school and in pursuit of a JD degree. Highly motivated students with excellent academic records, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to community preferred.
