Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 4+ years of experience for our Tax & Estate Planning group in our Birmingham, MI or Detroit, MI office. This associate attorney will be responsible for preparation of estate planning documents; income tax planning; estate and gift tax planning; trust and estate administration; and business succession planning. Candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan or eligible for admission without examination. Prior experience and/or education in Tax preferred.All applicants should possess the following qualifications
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $180,000-$220,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
