Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of up to 150 tax controversy clients efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with Enrolled Agents and Legal Assistants to ensure optimal task allocation
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries within one business day
- Uphold commitments and meet deadlines consistently
- Achieve billing and collection goals of 1500 hours per year with support from the Billing Specialist
Qualifications:
- Previous experience resolving tax controversy cases
- Master of Laws in Taxation
- Licensed with the United States Tax Court
- Tech-savvy
- Outgoing, energetic
