The Hackensack, New Jersey office of Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. News in their list of "Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms," is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience handling commercial and business litigation matters. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.Responsibilities:
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of written discovery, ensuring accuracy, strategic alignment, and timely completion.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses in complex insurance litigation matters.
- Conduct motion practice and present oral arguments, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients through consistent communication and case updates.

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA approved Law School
- Must be admitted to the NJ bar
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000
