Description:
Whiteford is seeking a Tax Associate with a demonstrated interest in tax practice. Candidates should have pass-through entity and corporate experience or coursework. Excellent academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills are also required.Federal tax controversy and solid law firm experience is each a plus. Individuals with a CPA background are also strongly encouraged to apply. An LL.M in tax while not required would be a plus.

The salary range is $130,000 – $180,000 based on experience.
