McCleery Law Firm, LLC is seeking two additional attorneys to join our growing team. We have staffed branch offices in both New Philadelphia and Columbus, Ohio and are considering one additional candidate for each of those locations. Following completion of our training program, there is discretion to work flexibly from home absent any required hearings. We are seeking both new and experienced attorneys, and a supervisory attorney position is available for well-qualified candidates.Benefits:

- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and communication skills, who bring creativity and curiosity to their legal work, and who can create nurturing and positive client relationships that leave the client feeling heard, understood, and well-cared for.
- Openness to or experience in civil litigation, personal injury, criminal justice, and family law.
- Adaptability in mastering new procedures and technologies, and comfort within an innovative and collaborative culture.
- Effectively balance and control the number of clients you agree to serve, in order to meet highest possible standards for client care and responsiveness. Training and exposure to multiple case types, with emphasis on family law skills.
- Quick-response times to new client calls, and develop aptitude in quickly establishing new client rapport. Follow proven model for effective client intakes.
- Engage in client financial coaching at outset of case to guarantee plan of action that clients understand, and which fits clients' needs and budgets.
- Engage in effective partnering and mentorship relationships, with proactive questioning and solicitation of advice from managing attorney.
- Prepare for professional advancement within growing organization by acquiring new skills and sharing legal knowledge with coworkers.
Salary is commensurate with experience, between the ranges of $80,000-$125,000, based on experience.
