We are currently accepting applications from first-year law students interested in Transactions for both a 1L (Summer 2026) and a 2L (Summer 2027) position with us. Full participation in both programs is required for this specific application. Candidates who receive and accept an offer will be eligible for a $20,000 bonus for committing to both summer programs.

Candidates should possess a record of excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, writing and verbal skills. If you have received or are in the process of obtaining an MBA degree, the firm awards you a bonus for an MBA degree.
