Interns work directly with consumers and tenants. Interns communicate directly with businesses and landlords through phone calls and written letters/emails. Interns respond to calls received on the OAG Mediation Hotline. Interns also support ongoing investigation and litigation matters in PAD. Interns participate in weekly in-person community outreach events. Interns produce consumer and tenant education materials.
