Summary 
A Global Law Firm is seeking an of counsel to join its finance group, structured finance subgroup. This position is open to our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC offices.

Education 

Bar Admission 

Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Experience 

Minimum 9 years of structured finance, securitization and/or CLO experience. 
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
