We are seeking a litigation associate with 3-9 years of experience to join our Insurance Recovery & Counseling group in our Washington, DC office. Candidates with either experience or interest in focusing on recovery/coverage matters representing policyholders are encouraged to apply. We offer a collegial environment as well as excellent advancement opportunities for associates, including a transparent and achievable path to partnership.Qualified candidates will have substantial experience drafting pleadings, briefs and motions in state and federal court and discovery experience including depositions and drafting/arguing discovery motions. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects efficiently, work well as part of a team and be willing to take ownership over significant projects. Admission to the DC Bar or eligibility to apply for DC Bar admission is required.
