Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level (JD 2021 – 2023) or senior associate (JD 2020 +) with experience in structured finance and derivatives to join our Corporate and Finance Group in the Chicago or New York offices.Our Structured Finance & Derivatives practice brings together a team of finance lawyers from our Chicago, Denver, and New York offices, with extensive experience, not only in structured products and asset securitization transactions, but also in the related fields of bankruptcy, tax, securities, real estate, financial institutions regulation, and certain specialized industries. Our leanly structured teams allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact.
Qualified candidates for this position must have a minimum of three years of relevant legal work experience in, and demonstrate a continued interest in, structured finance.
Candidates must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying to work.
The salary for this position is $260,000 - $390,000, commensurate with experience.
Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
