A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters's Structured Finance team is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience with a preference to join as a Career Associate. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.
A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters's U.S. Structured Finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our team is a structured finance powerhouse, adept at taking bespoke approaches to the structuring, execution, and selling of residential mortgage-backed, commercial mortgage-backed, and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS, as well as CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings.

We are focused on finding an associate that would be located in New York or Los Angeles but are open to other locations. Membership to the State Bar of the desired location is required.
Qualifications:
- Four to seven years of relevant law firm experience.
- Candidates must be highly motivated and have superior client service skills.
- Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters office's jurisdiction.
