As a valued member of our Hospitality & Leisure team, you will:
- Work on matters across the globe
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, license and franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, and more
- Advise on financings, including negotiation of loan documents and related deliverables
- Manage deal closings from start to finish
- Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work

Technical skills:
- 2–4 years of legal experience in real estate/transactional work (hospitality industry experience is a plus)
- Previous law firm experience (large and sophisticated deal experience preferred)
Other Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing. Washington, DC candidates may also be licensed in any US state or territory if they are also eligible to waive into the Washington DC Bar pursuant to DC Court of Appeals Rule 49 and agree to apply for an Exception to admission
