The New York office of A Global Law Firm is seeking a Contract Attorney or Staff Attorney with at least 1-2 years of Corporate and Capital Markets experience, specifically with offering documents and indentures, to support our Structured Credit Team. Strong word processing/Microsoft Word experience required. Must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York.
