An International Law Firm is seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits associate to join our Dallas or New York office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience, preferably in a large law firm setting working on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including qualified plans, equity plans, executive employment agreements and compensation and benefit matters that arise in connection with a variety of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-out transactions, initial public offerings and spin-offs. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and be ready to join a collaborative, national practice group.

For positions based in the NYC office of Baker Botts L.L.P., the salary range is $235,000 to $420,000 and depends on a candidate's experience.
