About Bush & Bush Law Group
Bush & Bush Law Group is a fast-growing litigation firm dedicated to providing strategic, results-driven legal representation to businesses and individuals. Our firm handles complex litigation matters with a strong focus on client advocacy, professionalism, and effective dispute resolution. We foster a collaborative environment where attorneys are empowered to take ownership of their cases, contribute strategically, and grow professionally.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney to work directly with firm leadership on significant litigation matters involving complex motion practice, declaratory judgment actions, professional liability-related disputes, business torts, property damage litigation, and evolving issues in Texas civil litigation.

This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys difficult legal problems, persuasive writing, courtroom advocacy, and developing sophisticated litigation strategies in cases that require precision, initiative, and strong analytical thinking. The position is dynamic and will involve day to day litigation, writing projects on novel issues, in-court time for oral hearings, depositions, trials, mediations, and potentially oral argument at the state appellate level. Thus, the right candidate will be versatile.

The attorney in this role will work closely with senior litigation counsel on substantial litigation matters from inception through appeal. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, confident oral advocate, and strategic thinker capable of independently handling complex briefing, significant motion practice, evidentiary analysis, and appellate-related issues.

This position offers a hybrid schedule of in-office and work from home days. Candidates must be licensed in Texas. Federal court admissions are a plus.
