Bracewell is seeking a midlevel litigation associate to join the Healthcare group in our Dallas office. Bracewell's Chambers-ranked healthcare practice represents some of the largest healthcare providers in the nation in cutting-edge matters, including managed care litigation, compliance/regulatory work, government investigations, False Claims Act cases, and general commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience, excellent writing, research and analytical skills, and experience in litigation/dispute work. Managed care or healthcare experience is strongly preferred, and an interest in healthcare litigation is required. Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with client interaction. Candidates will have the opportunity to take senior-level responsibility on their matters, with direct client contact and the chance to participate in all aspects of case management and business development.
