A Leading National Law Firm's Bloomfield Hills office seeks a Staff Attorney with 2-4 years of consumer financial services experience. Previous experience with mortgage-related litigation is required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Candidates must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and arguing motions and other pleadings, significant case development / management experience, and experience with federal and local state courts.
