Role Description
This is a full-time, high volume, remote role for a Special Education Attorney. The attorney will provide legal representation and advice related to special education cases, conduct case research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and proceedings. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws, advocating for clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Ability to be in the Greater Philadelphia area is preferred, but not essential. Professional and/or personal experience with special education or, alternatively, experience with a high volume case load is essential.

Necessary Qualifications:

Proficiency in Law and strong knowledge of Special Education Law
Experience providing Legal Advice with precision and clarity
Strong Research skills to analyze cases, statutes, and legal precedents
Excellent executive functioning skills with the ability to independently manage and track a high volume caseload
Excellent Negotiation abilities to resolve disputes effectively and advocate for client interests
Detail-oriented and skilled in written and verbal communication
PA Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar
Professional or personal experience in special education law or a related legal discipline is highly desirable
Must desire fully remote, work from home employment.

Starting Salary $50k-$100k+ based on experience. 401k Provided.
