*This job position is 100% remote to start with room to grow into a hybrid office-remote position if desired*At Green & Schafle, LLC, we specialize in civil litigation involving matters related to personal injury, securities litigation, vaccine injury litigation, mass torts, class actions, unsafe drugs, unsafe medical devices, and product liability. We are a boutique law firm of lawyers with decades of experience handling complex civil litigations. Specifically, Green & Schafle is a leading law firm in vaccine injury litigation in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Our Vaccine Injury Department is seeking candidates who have an interest in vaccine injury litigation or personal injury trial litigation, and who have 0-3 years of experience and who currently have passed the bar exam and are admitted to practice.
Your strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm. The candidate can expect to work with our vaccine injury litigation group that will nourish their development. It is not immediately expected that the candidate will be able to independently manage their own cases from inception to trial. However, under our tutelage, the candidate can expect that our investments in them will help that attorney develop these skills. Feedback is continuous and the candidate's individual goals are valued.
This position is flexible between remote work and in-person work. This will be discussed further in the interview. All employment will start as remote.
Salary includes a base salary plus annual discretionary bonuses that can be discussed during interview.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the PA or NJ bar association (NY or DE is acceptable)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Experience in legal drafting, including settlement demands, motions and pleadings
- strong oral advocacy skills
