A multi-state personal injury law firm, is seeking a South Carolina Licensed Litigation Attorney to join our fast-paced personal injury team in our Charlotte, NC office. We are a busy and highly successful plaintiff's personal injury firm with great benefits and opportunities to grow and learn.

We are looking for a South Carolina Licensed Litigation Attorney with the ability to hit the ground running to handle litigation cases and mentor paralegals and support staff in litigation as well. Superior attention to detail is extremely important for this position. We are looking for hard working and motivated individuals who are capable of handling a substantial amount of work and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina (North Carolina License is a plus but not required).
Be an active member and in good standing with the SC State Bar
At least 2-5 years' prior litigation experience handling Plaintiff personal injury matters in SC
Possess highly developed negotiation and communication skills
Excellent understanding of injuries and medical records and bills
Strong knowledge and understanding of automobile insurance coverages
Experience with NEOS case management software a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to handle large caseload and supervise dedicated paralegals and support team
