A Personal Injury Attorney Injury Lawyers is a full-service injury and disability law firm seeking an attorney to join our expanding team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The right candidate is an individual focused on a client-first practice who is passionate and open to expanding their legal skills.- Represent clients at disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, providing compelling arguments and presenting evidence to support their claims.
- Prepare and file appeals on behalf of clients whose initial claims have been denied, and guide them through the appeals process.
- Review medical records, gather evidence, and assess the strength of client's disability claims against current social security disability rules and regulations.
- Negotiate with Social Security Administration representatives to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission and good standing with the Nevada State Bar (preferred)
- Computer Literacy involving high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 2 years of experience as a Social Security Disability Attorney is preferred
