BWW Law Group, LLC, an "AV" rated real estate law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD, and Richmond, VA is seeking a dynamic and motivated Attorney to join our team in our Rockville, MD office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team. Our Rockville office provides free employee parking and is Metro accessible (Red Line North Bethesda Station).Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the title division and the Notices team.
- Input and maintain information into the case management system and ensure data integrity.
- Review title and prepare and review notices of sale for legal sufficiency for MD foreclosure sales.
- Prioritize and manage a high volume portfolio of work with strict deadlines and diligent attention to detail.
- Address inquiries related to title/notices of foreclosure sale.
- Attend foreclosure sales as needed.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Maryland Bar required; DC is a plus!
- Real estate settlement experience.
- Experience resolving title problems through litigation or negotiation is desired.
- 1-3 years of Real Estate Law desired, but recently admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply.
- The ideal candidate will have superior oral and written communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
