RTRLAW is seeking a driven Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with significant Texas trial experience to manage complex plaintiff cases from filing through final verdict. The ideal candidate has five or more years of litigation experience. They must possess the aggressive work ethic and trial readiness needed to advocate for injured victims. Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred but NOT required.

You will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys and have local and remote support staff. We are looking for a distinguished individual interested in a long-term career destination where they can build a fulfilling career, as opposed to simply holding a job.

Compensation:
$160,000 - $175,000 + bonuses. Commensurate based on experience. Attorneys with a portable case load already in place will receive preferential consideration. Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, and a commission on any case brought into our firm for any area of law that we handle.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent our clients in court. Manage a litigation docket independently from the initial lawsuit filing to final resolution. Serve as first-chair trial attorney. This covers all phases of trial from jury selection to final verdict. Draft persuasive demand letters. Prepare and respond to complex pre-trial motions and pleadings. Take and defend depositions. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Evaluate liability and damages. Build strong case strategies to maximize client compensation.

Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigating experience. Proven first-chair trial attorney experience (jury selection through final verdict). Experience drafting demands and responding to motions. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills. Great attorney work ethic.
