Prominent national subrogation law firm has an immediate opening for a senior litigator to join our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate for this role will have 10+ years of subrogation/litigation experience and have product liability experience. Candidates should be comfortable handling a full caseload of property subrogation matters from inception through conclusion. The firm receives files from insurance carriers all over the country. Most of the work is related to water and fire property damage. The candidate would have their own caseload and potentially assist on larger files within the firm. The firm is open to candidates working remotely anywhere in Texas or surrounding states.
